The market is changing to paper bags with paper cords

Paper bags with paper cords are produced fully automatically. That is why they differ very positively in the price structure from the so-called Douglas bags, the exclusive paper carrier bags with cord and hand-tied knot.

Why paper bags with paper cords and not flat handles?

Paper bags with paper cords look more elegant than flat handle bags.
The twisted paper cords have no disadvantage in carrying comfort. Bags with twisted paper cords can withstand as much carrying weight as the square and angular paper handles formed into flat handles.
The two standard colors for the twisted paper handles are white and black. Other colors are available upon request and in general.

How does the production of paper bags with twisted paper cords work?

We print paper bags with twisted paper cords in the higher print runs of 3,000 or more using flexographic printing.

In flexo printing, there are one-time cliché costs, but you can use these clichés again and again. Flexographic printing and web printing are cheaper to produce than offset printing and sheetfed printing.

After printing, the web is further processed. Individual paper pockets are then folded from it and glued. The twisted paper cords are glued to a paper tear-resistant backing material with a super glue into the pocket opening. There you have it, the bag is ready! Then the finished paper bags with paper cords run onto a conveyor belt. Finally, they are put into boxes.

When the bags are in the boxes, they come to you by truck in the fastest way possible.
