Our Structure

1. bagobag GmbH (Core Business) – Development, sourcing, and distribution of packaging for B2B clients in the DACH region and internationally.
2. co.health / People of Health (Spin-off) – A digital health spin-off with its own strategy, team, and funding. Collaboration “at arm’s length”: we selectively support areas where our expertise in product, data, and operations adds value – without tying up our core business.

This structure ensures daily continuity and service for our packaging customers, while innovation projects such as co.health grow with their own focus and pace.
