Together with our manufacturers in the bagobag team, you gradually develop the tote bag you want in the development phase based on your initial information and the purpose of the bag you have defined .

Wonderfully, these kinds of series developments are no longer unaffordable and are part of everyday life for us. Anyone can develop and design their own bag with us, create a small or large series.

The planning modeling for a carrier bag production is carried out step by step:

Scribble the desired characteristics of the bag

The scribbling of the bag details must include all the details by the time it is completed.

You can initially have a few details for this and we can be given these parameters. These few pieces of information can therefore relate almost exclusively to the utility or purpose or the type of bag: sports bag, sample case-tote bag, club bag, cosmetic bag, cushion bag etc.

You will then receive appropriate ideas and examples from us that will help and point you in the right direction.

Or, even better, you already have a favorite bag, you have a bag that you want to have produced exactly as you have it or as an image is available to you. Then we need this picture or this bag as a template to first determine the parameters here. We would be happy to use this submitted bag later as a sample for sample production and beforehand as a calculation basis to make you an offer.

A first vision of your bag

From the information you give us or the specifics we have worked out together, we then develop everything that has to go with the bag afterwards, an initial vision of your bag:

the material or materials, the colors of the material for your bag and your intended use, furthermore

Edging tapes,

pressure,
Reinforcements,

If you can and want to give us these details right away, we as the manufacturer will be very happy. The same applies if you design your own bag for your series and you want to define everything in detail and pull the strings.

The fewer question marks left for our manufacturing team right from the start, the better. But we don't ask that of you. Often we get along quite effectively and quickly in gathering everything needed through suggestions and experience.

Once we have compiled the characteristics of the bag and the series, we can submit a cost estimate. You are also welcome to tell us the unit costs you want for a bag. Budgets should be known immediately, so that we don't plan wrong.

If your bag then has the necessary details in the course of planning and the costs are fixed, a first layout will be designed in our production for a product description of your bag, if you have not already submitted it.

1:1 sample production - bag print

With product description and layout as a basis, the 1:1 sample is then produced: 1:1 to how the bag is later in quantity edition is to be produced.

So in this step you will already receive exactly the bag to try out, which you will then have mass-produced and delivered later.

The sample bag at your place to try out before series production

We will send you your 1:1 sample bag. We expect you to examine the bag seriously and, as far as possible with a piece of sample, use it for your purposes.

A bag on the mental drawing board is something completely different than just trying out your own draft and design and testing it in reality.

Because by using the sample bag you get the opportunity to notice that certain something that needs to be further adjusted in order to meet your wishes permanently.

So if you want to make further changes after trying it out, we can then do a second sample production if you wish.

Or, as often happens, for reasons of time and money, we can detail the changes without further sample production in the order placement for the production of this update. During production we photograph the implementation of these details to document that these new details are actually implemented.

Changes are recorded in the order by an explicit update.
