Bubble Tea - das Kultgetränk aus Asien - ist ein erfrischendes Teegetränk.
Das Getränk basiert auf gesüßtem Tee, der mit Milch und Fruchtsirup versetzt in einem transparenten Becher wie ein Milchshake serviert wird.
Kleine Kügelchen, z.B. aus der Tapioka-Wurzel sind das Geheimnis, dass den Tee zum Bubble Tea macht.
Die "Bubbles" sinken im Becher auf den Boden und werden dann mit einem extra-dicken Trinkhalm aufgesaugt und gegessen.
